The (NON-)LOCATIONS TOUR: a manifesto as a tour for the Twente Biennale

I've ended up making a tour of sorts that will be up and running for just two days: this Saturday and Sunday 8-9th June in Enschede for the Twente Biennale. It is called Manifesto 2013 and it develops some ideas I started around artist's manifestos.
